Remember how the government is governed itself by a system of checks & balances? It's clear to me the founding fathers were slave owners & womanizers (Ben Franklin was known to have affairs). They allowed Trump to appoint Bret Kavanagh. He is extremely right wing. Thereby making sure the president cannot be deemed powerless by congress. So the battle begins.
