I see how it is. The president when he was quoted, "No quid pro quo" was ordering his team not to blackmail the Ukraine. He wasn't denying that he was blackmailing them, he was ordering his 'team' not to do something he didn't want them to do. Poor fool, the last place you want to end up in life is president of the USA.
