According to Jello Biafra, Trump stole the election in '16 by using what's known as a cross check. What he did was multiply the votes of people with the same name who voted for him, & the people with the same names who voted against him? He simply took them off the ballot. So people named John Smith who voted for him were multiplied while people named Jose Doe who voted against him were not counted.
