Unconstitutional

I can't remember if I voted for $30 car tabs or not, probably not since I ride the bus. it passed though & would have became law if the peoples votes did matter. They voted it in & the government won't allow it because they said it's unconstitutional. The unconstitutional part is the fact that the peoples votes don't matter. This is a country governed by the people. Olympia are not our parents, the voters passed it, it was on the ballot, make it law, for Tim.
